In my initial call with Reilly and Brandt, it was apparent that they were deeply in love and very kind people. When asked about the feeling they wanted for their Irish destination wedding Brandt simply said, ” It has to be extra special’. That meant the location, the setting, the feeling and every moment of the day for the two of them and their families and friends who all travelled to Ireland for the wedding.
Immediately I thought of Luttrellstown Castle and showed them. They loved it. We did look at a few other options to make sure we weren’t overlooking anything else that was extra special but no, Luttrellstown Castle was it for them.
Then we started looking at churches. A Catholic ceremony was important to them, but again, the whole experience had to be considered. We looked at a lot of beautiful church in the Dublin area and settled on the stunning Newman University Church in Dublin city centre.
It played out to be a gorgeous day for this beautiful couple as you will see below in the photos by David Frain.
Our other amazing suppliers on the day were Kate Rose Crean doing Reilly’s makeup, Joanna Kelly did her hair, Flowers were by Fleur Weddings, and the striking cake was Emily’s Pantry.
I was very lucky to be involved with such a special couple, beautiful day and fabulous suppliers!
